  • What is your return policy for defective products?

    Defective items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Send photos or videos of the defects to business@rpnbsafe.com, and we’ll arrange a prepaid return label. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Do your products come with a warranty, and is it transferable to end-users?

    Yes, our products come with a 1-year warranty. And the warranty is transferable to end-users.
